~My specialties~

  • A woman in a floral dress leaning against a large, ancient tree with extensive roots and thick trunk in a lush, green park.

    Grief/Loss

Complex in it’s nature, grief can profoundly impact an individual’s well-being. When left chronically unexpressed, grief will find a way to consume you- emotionally, mentally and/or physically. Tanya’s personal and professional encounters with complex grief along with her grounded nature will surely support you through this season.

  • Two people and a dog standing in front of a purple 'Walk to End Alzheimer's' backdrop at a charity event. The woman on the left is holding an orange pinwheel, wearing sunglasses, a purple T-shirt, and colorful patterned pants. The man on the right is dressed in a dark T-shirt and khaki shorts, with a backpack. The German Shepherd dog is laying on the grass in front of them.

    Caregiver burnout/Memory Impairment

Tanya has a special place in her heart for supporting individuals coping with memory loss as well as supporting their caregivers caregivers on this unique journey. Her decade of experience in various inpatient and outpatient settings tailored to dementia, paired with her devotion to self-care will support you on this uncertain and often overwhelming endeavor.

  • A woman standing outdoors on a grassy hill, facing away from the camera, overlooking a landscape with orange and brown rolling hills under a cloudy sky.

    Anxiety & Depression

Life is too short to be spent stuck in the past or fearing the future. Trust me, I’ve been there. This is often the consequence of unprocessed feelings and/or trauma. Tanya encourages her clients to explore their inner world with curiosity as a means to freedom. Her combination of personal and clinical experience along with her warm presence will cultivate the safety necessary for true healing.

  • A woman with short blonde hair, wearing sunglasses, a blue t-shirt, and patterned pants, is sitting on a beach towel on the sand near the ocean, saluting with one hand on her forehead and smiling.

    Self-esteem & Sense of Self

Tanya has struggled with low self-esteem for much of her own life. Understanding how early childhood experiences and abandonment trauma can impact brain development was a crucial part of her healing. It wasn’t until she began to acknowledge and process her trauma that she was able to meet herself with compassion. She is passionate about supporting others in doing the same.
